Prestaram um ótimo suporte e foram solícitos, pacientes e atenciosos, intermediando uma solução junto aos respectivos setores. Resumindo sobre o meu caso.. Efetuei uma compra de um sofá, ele chegou em um tom diferente escolhido no dia da compra, porém como sabemos que nem todas as remessas de tecidos sai no mesmo tom, entendemos a situação e solicitamos a troca, a loja esteve a disposição para fazer um outro pedido, não me deixaram sem sofá até chegar outro, é uma situação chata, porém se empenharam bastante com o ocorrido, indico de olhos fechados a loja, produtos de muita qualidade. Prestam um ótimo serviço. Obrigada.
