I couldn't buy Dollar because I didn't have my document (CNH, RG) in hand. I tried to present a scanned version but they did not accept. I couldn't do business!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabei de ligar 3 vezes no número (11)5181-2192, no Morumbi shopping, para saber a cotação de dólar Neozelandês, na primeira vez a atendente foi verificar o valor e depois de um tempinho ouvindo música, a ligação "caiu".
Liguei pela segunda vez dizendo q a ligação havia caído enquanto a mulher verificava a cotação, simplesmente desligaram o telefone na minha cara.
Ainda achando que seria algum problema na ligação, retornei pela terceira vez e perguntei quem era, para saber o nome de quem estava me "atendendo" ela desligou na minha cara de novo!
Nunca usei os serviços dessa casa de câmbio, nem usarei e farei questão de alertar meus amigos e familiares.
Vou continuar com a Confidence, Cotação ou Novo Mundo, onde sempre fomos bem atendidos.
As ligações foram feitas entre 10:30 e 10:40am.
I just called 3 times at (11) 5181-2192, at Morumbi shopping, to know the quotation of New Zealander dollar, the first time the attendant was checking the value and after a while listening to music, the call "fell."
I called a second time saying that the call had dropped while the woman checked the quote, they simply hung up the phone in my face.
Still thinking that it would be a problem in the connection, I returned the third time and asked who it was, to know the name of who was "answering" she turned off in my face again!
I have never used the services of this exchange office, nor will I and will be alert to my friends and family.
I will continue with Confidence, Quote or New World, where we have always been well attended.
Calls were made between 10:30 and 10:40 am.
