★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior experiência impossível! Serviço péssimo, atendimento péssimo. Não tem o mínimo de respeito com o cliente. Passei horas sem internet, perdendo reuniões importantes de trabalho e não tiveram a decência de responder uma mensagem informando o que havia acontecido e nem atender o telefone. Se tivesse sido só uma vez eu até entenderia, mas é sempre a mesma palhaçada.
Worst impossible experience! Lousy service, lousy service. He has no respect for the customer. I spent hours without internet, missing important work meetings and did not have the decency to respond to a message stating what had happened or to answer the phone. If it had been just once I would have understood, but it is always the same antics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O começo do fim foi quando os sócios dividiram (provavelmente brigaram) e aí se transformou na vip solution. No começo até que a pessoa me atendia bem mas depois de um tempo começaram a me ignorar completamente, pararam de responder em horário de atendimento, não antendiam o telefone, não postavam o motivo da internet não estar funcionando.
- Atendimento horrível.
-Não respeitam seus clientes.
-Não entregam a velocidade prometida.
-Já fiquei dias com a internet funcionando muito mal.
-Não postam avisos e quando postam os mesmos não são verdadeiros.
-Não atendem o telefone.
Enfim, estou mudando de internet mas antes eu com certeza vou procurar um meio de acionar os mesmos judicialmente e com tudo que tenho salvo espero que eles aprendam como se deve atender e respeitar o cliente.
The beginning of the end was when the partners split (probably fought) and then it became the vip solution. At first until the person served me well but after a while they started to ignore me completely, stopped responding during office hours, did not open the phone, did not post the reason why the internet was not working.
- Horrible service.
-They don't respect their customers.
-Don't deliver the promised speed.
-I already spent days with the internet working very badly.
-Do not post notices and when they post they are not true.
- They don't answer the phone.
Anyway, I am changing the internet but beforehand I will definitely look for a way to sue them in court and with everything I have saved I hope they learn how to serve and respect the customer.
