★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima internet, pessimo atendimento, só resolvem problemas relacionado a fatura, mais precisamente segunda via, pq mandam 1000 msg diariamente, mas ao precisar de atendimento e ajudar, são pessimos!
Bad internet, bad service, they only solve problems related to invoice, more precisely duplicate, because they send 1000 msg daily, but when they need service and help, they are terrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero pra esta empresa, não recomendo ninguém contratar, eles são uma das piores empresas de prestação de serviços de internet, até pra cancelar é um parto, não tem canais de comunicação, não atende o WhatsApp, e nem o telefone. Pra mim é a mesma coisa de não ter. Toda noite eles cortam a internet com a desculpa de manutenção na rede. Segue uma foto do tempo que fiquei pra ser atendido isso que nessa hora ainda não tinham me atendido estava aguardando.
Zero for this company, I don't recommend anyone to hire, they are one of the worst companies providing internet services, even to cancel is a delivery, they don't have communication channels, they don't answer WhatsApp, nor the phone. For me it's the same as not having. Every night they cut the internet with the excuse of network maintenance. Here's a photo of the time I stayed to be attended to, which at that time had not yet attended to me was waiting.
