I went there they said they didn't have what I wanted. I called Ipatinga, they asked for it on the internet, I went there and put more than two thousand reais in accessories. They must be rich because they're laying off customers. Or is it really laziness

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive na VIPCAR semanas atrás em Valadares, pra instalar um faro de milha no meu carro, por indicação de amigos de GV mesmo. Deixei o carro, depois recebi uma mensagem falando que uma das lampadas estava queimada, autorizei que trocassem. Voltei pro hotel onde estava hospedado, o farol parou de funcionar no mesmo dia. Voltei na VIPCAR no outro dia cedo, deixei o carro lá, disseram que era fusivel, peguei o carro, o farol parou de funcionar novamente. A Atendente lá disse que meu farol era "de marca ruim" e por isso estava queimando. Voltei pra Vitoria, levei o carro no meu mecânico, e pra minha surpresa ele viu que o pessoal da VIPCAR fez uma LIGAÇÃO DIRETA no carro, sem colocar o relê do kit (que ficou na caixa sem mexer) e isso estava derretendo os fios, em tempo de provocar um curto. Relê instalado CORRETAMENTE, problema resolvido. NÃO RECOMENDO. Se querem um bom serviço em elétrica automotiva, vão pra casa das baterias. Lá sim o pessoal é profissional.
I was at VIPCAR weeks ago in Valadares, to install a light on my car, as recommended by friends from GV. I left the car, after I received a message saying that one of the lamps was burned out, I authorized them to change. I went back to the hotel where I was staying, the lighthouse stopped working the same day. I went back to VIPCAR the other day early, I left the car there, they said it was a fuse, I took the car, the headlight stopped working again. The attendant there said that my headlamp was "bad brand" and therefore it was burning. I went back to Vitoria, took the car to my mechanic, and to my surprise he saw that the VIPCAR people made a DIRECT CONNECTION to the car, without putting the kit relay (which remained in the box without moving) and it was melting the wires, in time to trigger a short. Relay installed CORRECTLY, problem solved. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. If you want a good service in automotive electrical, go home with batteries. There, the staff is professional.
