 Terrible service... I got in touch and the person was ignorant in response. For a clinic that appears to be professional, I was negatively surprised by the harsh and unprofessional response to a client.

A Dra Dione é muito atenciosa e costumo dizer "tem mais de fada!!! Agora iniciei as restaurações . Posso assegurar que hoje posso sorrir novamente. Gratidão !!!
I am undergoing treatment at the Vipioli clinic and from day one I was very well received. I did an extraction and had a recovery beyond what I expected. Precisei de uma nova consulta e quando informei que seria convênio a atendente Patrícia foi extremamente grossa, informou que teria uma data somente pra daqui a um mês e quando abri o site deles para confirmar a disponibilidade pelo atendimento online tinha data com o dia todo livre pra próxima semana. E como informei que meu atendimento era por convênio agora nem minhas ligações atendem mais. Magicamente quando vc informa que será convênio ela te manda enviar mensagem pelo whats e nunca mais te responde também.
The first time I needed to go I paid for the private and I was well attended. I needed a new consultation and when I informed that it would be an agreement, the attendant Patrícia was extremely rude, she informed that she would have a date only for a month from now and when I opened their website to confirm availability through the online service, I had a date with all day free for next week. And as I informed that my service was by agreement now not even my calls answer anymore. Magically when you inform that it will be an agreement, she sends you a message via whats and never answers you again either.
