★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu sempre fiz elogios para Virtex, nos últimos meses minha internet tá instável demais por ser fibra óptica não era pra tá assim, ontem um atendente Rafael me fez perder minha noite de sono depois que disse eu poderia não tá falando a verdade quanto aos resultados dos testes que o mesmo estava fazendo na minha internet, disse que não sou mentiroso e de todos os testes de velocidade só dava até 4,5 megas e eu menos de 2 metros do roteador mas ele preferiu pensar que sou mentiroso pq lá no computador dele tava dando 18 megas, acho que pela primeira vez atrasei um pagamento da Virtex pq exigo um ressarcimento pago em dias pra ter direito em reclamar, todos os dias minha internet apresenta um problema, eu pago por 100 megas é não por menos de 10 megas.
I always praised Virtex, in the last few months my internet is too unstable because it is optical fiber, it wasn’t for me like that, yesterday an attendant Rafael made me lose my night's sleep after he said I couldn’t tell the truth about the results of tests that he was doing on my internet, he said that I am not a liar and all speed tests only gave up to 4.5 megs and I was less than 2 meters from the router but he preferred to think that I am a liar because there on his computer he was giving 18 megs, I think that for the first time I delayed a payment from Virtex because I require a refund paid in days to be entitled to complain, every day my internet presents a problem, I pay for 100 megs and it is not less than 10 megs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ o absurdo começou no simples fato de um pedido de planos/valores da internet, a atendente se recusou a repassar os planos/valores pois segundo ela eu precisava dizer quais aparelhos eu tinha em casa, relatei a ela q este tipo de informação era de cunho pessoal e q eu escolheria o plano q gostaria contratar, ela voltou a questionar sobre os aparelhos q tenho em casa e não me repassou os planos/valores, se nem ser cliente já é assim o tratamento imagine quem já é cliente, lamentável....
