Serviço muito demorado (8 dias para dar orçamento, 20 dias pra dar notícias do problema, 30 para consertar), ao final pediram 200 R$ a mais porque tinha que trocar a peça, mas qdo solicitei a peça velha eles não tinham e começaram a improvisar justificativas. Não transmitem confiança nem credibilidade.

Conversei com Flávio( tecnico) ele pediu para avaliar o aprelho e detectou que tinha sido problema do módulo wifi, E uns ajustes na placa mãe, trocou a peça e e vídeo game está funcionando perfeitamente.

I talked to Flávio (technician) he asked to evaluate the device and detected that it had been a problem with the wifi module, And some adjustments to the motherboard, he changed the part and the video game is working perfectly.
