My car was shelved and I couldn't leave for 1 hour !!! They have no policy of taking or leaving keys and shelving cars.

I give one because I can't give anything, expensive parking and rude staff. I said I was going to pay with a card, the attendant gave the machine in my hand and didn't even look at my face, I had to take the paper out and leave it on the counter.
