Foi tudo explicado e detalhado a vendedora a Andreia , meu pedido chegou no dia 23/05 conforme combinado , porém a calha veio errado do que eu pedi, no mesmo dia notifiquei a vendedora, que me passou o número do seu supervisor Robson, o mesmo ficou de resolver meu problema até sexta feira dia 27/05 , porém não vieram retirar a calha nem devolveram meu dinheiro, pois paguei tudo avista, na segunda feira 30/05 . O mesmo informou que não sabia que não haviam retirado, ficou de retirar na terça feira dia 31/05, porém o mesmo não retirou , o formou novamente " não acreditar que não haviam retirado". , Hoje liguei novamente ao mesmo que informou que iria retirar hoje até a tarde e novamente se " surpreendeu" que não haviam retirado. E me prometeu que iria retirar amanhã ele mesmo.
O Material é de boa qualidade, porém o pós venda ou quando há algum erro o descaso é total com o cliente, toda hora promessa mal responde whatsapp somente com muita insistência.
Estou decepcionado espero que resolvam meu problema até amanhã, pois se não irei enviar essa mesma reclamação ao PROCON.

And he promised me he would pick it up tomorrow himself.
The material is of good quality, but the after-sales service or when there is an error the neglect is total with the customer, all the time the promise barely responds to whatsapp only with a lot of insistence.
I'm disappointed I hope they solve my problem by tomorrow, otherwise I'll send this same complaint to PROCON.
