★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um guarda sol que aparentemente estava em bom estado, porém na primeira vez que usei, ele se desmontou todo. Levei até a loja e mostrei para as vendedoras, elas entraram em contato com a proprietária da loja, que se recusou a trocar o produto.
I bought a parasol that was apparently in good condition, but the first time I used it, it all fell apart. I took it to the store and showed it to the sellers, they contacted the store owner, who refused to exchange the product.
