★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, uma demora imensurável, sai la de Ribeirão das neves fiquei 2h para ser atendido e nem água tinha, fui toma um café e a garrafa estava vazia, teve uma vez também que fui toma um café e estava frio, ai fui pedir para me servirem um café fresco e eles me trataram como se eu fosse um pedaço de lixo, no final das contas, depois de 2 horas esperando eles não tinham a peça que eu queria e ainda fui insultado por um dos atendentes.
Terrible service, immeasurable delay, I left Ribeirão das Neves, I stayed for 2 hours and there was no water, I went for a coffee and the bottle was empty, there was also a time when I went for coffee and it was cold, then I went to ask for I was served fresh coffee and they treated me like I was a piece of garbage, after all, after 2 hours of waiting they didn't have the part I wanted and I was insulted by one of the attendants.
