★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tentei marcar uma consulta no dia 01/07/2014, mas foi impossível, fiquei simplesmente 15 min. pendurada no telefone só ouvindo gravação, mesmo assim, ainda tentei mais três vezes, mas só ouvir gravação, impossível assim!!
I tried to make an appointment on 07/01/2014, but it was impossible, I was simply 15 min. hanging on the phone just listening to recording, even so, I still tried three more times, but only listening to recording, impossible like that !!

Horrible I do not recommend anyone to make an exam. 12:00 and until 4:00 pm still waiting for absurd. A real disrespect.
