★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço! Quase UM MÊS de espera! Tivemos que pedir o dinheiro de volta e fazer em outro local. O pedido foi feito dia 7 de junho, ontem (25) fomos ao local da Visual Identificações e não tinham ainda mandado fazer.
Poor service! Almost ONE MONTH waiting! We had to ask for the money back and do it elsewhere. The request was made on June 7, yesterday (25) we went to the Visual Identações site and had not yet ordered it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se você NÃO pagar por um atendimento demoram em torno de 3 semanas para dar um retorno com uma simples orientação e isso quando retornam. Quando você liga para cobrar pelo retorno não passam nenhuma informação e pedem que vc continue aguardando que um dia entrarão em contato. Triste feedback de uma triste realidade.
If you do NOT pay for an appointment, it takes about 3 weeks to return with a simple orientation and that when they return. When you call to charge for the return, no information is given and you are asked to continue waiting that one day they will contact you. Sad feedback from a sad reality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma experiência horrível com a Visual ID, precisamos de um suporte para manutenção de uma simples cancela e tivemos que aguardar 1 semana para os técnicos virem fazer um diagnóstico, e para esse diagnóstico foi cobrado R$140,00, os mesmo gastaram menos de 20 minutos no nosso empreendimentos e remarcaram para após 4 dias fazerem uma nova visita, para fazer ajustes simples, os quais já poderiam ter sido feitos na primeira visita. Liguei para o comercial reclamando, contudo, não consegui construir uma solução para tal problema, espero que a empresa repense seus processos. E demais clientes, cuidado ao contratar, verifique se eles estão aprendendo com os erros e concertando os processos.
I had a terrible experience with Visual ID, we need a support to maintain a simple gate and we had to wait 1 week for the technicians to come to make a diagnosis, and for that diagnosis was charged $ 140.00, they even spent less than 20 minutes in our endeavors and remarked to after 4 days to make a new visit, to make simple adjustments, which could have already been made on the first visit. I called the trade complaining, however, could not build a solution to such a problem, I hope the company rethink its processes. And other customers, be careful when hiring, make sure they are learning from the mistakes and fixing the processes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi péssima, deixei uma máquina de ponto da TopData para conserto , eles orçaram para trocar tudo na máquina com um orçamento acima de mil reais, onde uma nova custa 775,00 reais, literalmente mandei para ver um teclado na parte de cima da máquina e eles condenaram até a placa principal. Para piorar cobraram 180,00 pelo serviço de mantencao que nem fizeram. Um absurdo é um roubo.
It was terrible, I left a TopData point machine for repair, they budgeted to change everything on the machine with a budget over a thousand reais, where a new one costs 775.00 reais, I literally sent it to see a keyboard on top of the machine and they even condemned the main board. To make matters worse, they charged 180.00 for the maintenance service that they didn't even do. Absurdity is theft.
