A vendedora Léia deu todo suporte durante a escolha, compra/negociação e nem mesmo a ansiosa espera da importação do meu tamanho foi um problema, pelo contrário tive todas informações e contato constante com eles. Sem dúvida nas minhas próximas compras e upgrades contarei com a Visual Bike.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, adquiri um capacete Bontrager Starvos Wave Cell, em 20/01/2022. Após o pagamento, o atendente me disse que estava com problemas no sistema e mandaria a NF mais tarde, por e-mail ou whatsapp, porém até hoje não recebi. Através do telefone, não fui sequer atendido. Reclamei via Instagram, mr responderam que resolveriam, mas até agora nada. Próximo passo é o Procon.
Bad experience, I purchased a Bontrager Starvos Wave Cell helmet on 01/20/2022. After payment, the attendant told me that he was having problems with the system and would send the invoice later, by email or whatsapp, but until today I have not received it. Over the phone, I was not even answered. I complained via Instagram, mr replied that they would solve it, but so far nothing. Next step is Procon.
