QUANDO CHEGUEI PARA RETIRAR O RAPAZ CHAMADO ARMANDO ATENDEU SUPER MAU INDAGANDO SE ANTES DE COMPRAR EU SABIA LER ? POIS ERA PRECISO LER O MANUEL. ACHEI QUE NÃO ESTAVA ENTENDENDO POIS COMO UMA PESSOA PODERIA TER ESTE TIPO DE ATENDIMENTO. POR FIM FUI ENGANADA VENDEU COMO CARTUCHO ORIGINAL E NÃO ERA. FIZ APENAS IMPRESSÃO DE 100 PÁGINAS. QUANDO FOMOS ATÉ A LOJA ELE AMEAÇOU MEU FUNCIONÁRIO GRITANDO.
 YOU DO NOT BELIEVE CALLED AT THIS COMPANY AND I BUY A CARTRIDGE THIS MONTH 06/18. WHEN I ARRIVED TO REMOVE THE CALLED ARMING BOY ATTENDED SUPER BAD ASKING IF I KNEW HOW TO READ? BECAUSE I NEED TO READ MANUEL. I THOUGHT I WAS NOT UNDERSTANDING BECAUSE HOW A PERSON COULD HAVE THIS TYPE OF SERVICE. I WAS DECEIVED AT THE END SELL AS ORIGINAL CARTRIDGE AND WAS NOT. I ONLY PRINTED 100 PAGES. WHEN WE WERE TO THE STORE HE THREATENED MY EMPLOYEE BY SCREAMING.

Não recomendo essa loja para ninguém. Atendimento péssimo, arrogante e prepotente. Recomendo um curso no Sebrae para aprender a lidar e tratar um cliente.
