★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já fui cliente deste lugar mas fui fazer algumas avaliações e consultas só porque eu estou usando convênio agora me disseram que pelo convênio eles usam a pior resina fui lá buscar o meu raio-x cortaram meu raio-x não quiseram fazer a restauração da cárie porque o convênio não ia cobrir porque a carie está no começo deixaram muito a desejar eles não gostam de atender pelo convênio deixaram bem claro isso eles gostam de dinheiro na mão
I've been a client of this place but I went to do some evaluations and queries just because I'm using the health insurance, now they told me that they use the worst resin because of the insurance I went there to get my x-ray they cut my x-ray they didn't want to do the caries restoration because the health insurance wouldn't cover it because carie is in the beginning left a lot to be desired they don't like to meet the health insurance they made it clear they like cash on hand

Minha mãe todo vez ia nessa bagaça pagava direitinho todos os meses e eles vieram com a história de que ela estava devendo 3 meses porque ela tinha faltado (?), e a atendente só disse disse sobre a suposta "divida" depois de ter pego o dinheiro da minha mãe e não devolveu, e temos como provar que ela foi todos os meses. Horrível nunca mais volto nesse lugar.
I'm going for a star because there's no way for zero! My mother went to this baggage every time she paid it straight every month and they came up with the story that she owed 3 months because she was absent (?), and the attendant only said about the supposed "debt" after taking the my mother's money and she didn't give it back, and we have a way to prove that she went every month. Horrible I will never go back to this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendei a Consulta pelo Plano da Top Vida com 1 mês de antecedência! Agora que está chegando a data da consulta(21/10), recebi a informação da clínica que não será possível pq a Doutora vai ter outros compromissos. Eu me programei para o dia da consulta, adiei meu compromissos pessoais e agora O Cliente que lute rsrsrs mas tudo bem! O que tem mais disponível em cada esquina é consultório odontológico. Vou procurar por outra e esta clínica nunca mais! Tô fora ! Falta de compromisso, responsabilidade e ética com o Cliente.
I scheduled the Consultation through the Top Vida Plan 1 month in advance! Now that the appointment date is approaching (10/21), I received information from the clinic that it will not be possible because the Doctor will have other commitments. I scheduled myself for the day of the appointment, postponed my personal appointments and now The Client can fight haha but that's ok! What's more available on every corner is a dental office. I'm going to look for another one and this clinic never again! I'm out ! Lack of commitment, responsibility and ethics with the Client.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não indico! Usam estratégias que aceitam planos dentários e quando chega la a história é outra! Nem limpeza comum cobriram pelo meu plano e a limpeza que paguei não foi la grandes coisas! Me cobraram um valor absurdo pra fazer dois procedimentos, pesquisei outros lugares e conheci um profissional maravilhoso que me cobrou menos que a metade do valor que me cobraram nessa clínica! Tirando o gerente da clínica que é uma porta e as atendentes marcam horários e quando vc chega la não está marcado! Não indico.
I do not recommend! They use strategies that accept dental plans and when it gets there it's another story! Not even common cleaning was covered by my plan and the cleaning I paid for was no big deal! They charged me an absurd amount to do two procedures, I researched other places and met a wonderful professional who charged me less than half the amount they charged me at this clinic! Apart from the manager of the clinic which is a door and the attendants make appointments and when you get there it is not scheduled! I do not indicate.
