★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou um novo paciente. Até então consigo perceber que as pessoas que me acompanham são excelentes profissionais, tanto ortodontistas como clínicos, porém o atendimento é demorado.
Mesmo com horário marcado a média de espera é de 30 minutos fazendo com que a recepção seja um pouco desorganizada, oque é um ponto ruim.
Porém quando atendido a coisa se torna diferente, a clínica possui bons dentistas.
Indico as doutoras Cristina e Lidiane, duas ótimas profissionais.
I am a new patient. Until then I can see that the people who accompany me are excellent professionals, both orthodontists and clinicians, but the service is time consuming.
Even at a set time, the average waiting time is 30 minutes, making reception a little unorganized, which is a bad point.
But when the thing becomes different, the clinic has good dentists.
I refer the PhDs Cristina and Lidiane, two great professionals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui muito bem atendida pelo dentista Edson, que me esclareceu todo passo a passo do meu tratamento e por ele ser professor ajudou muito a passar as informações. O ambiente achei muito bonito e sem contar que tirei várias fotos, por ter vista para o Cristo Redentor! Super indico.
I was very well attended by the dentist Edson, who explained to me every step of the way about my treatment and because he was a teacher he helped a lot to pass on the information. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje pela segunda vez chego pontualmente no horário marcado (9hrs) e nan tem ninguém ainda pra me receber. Com a porta fechada, o paciente e obrigado a esperar bo corredor. Muita falta de respeito e descaso. Quando o paciente atrasa, perde a consulta ou espera encaixe por horas. Não volto mais e nao recomendo.
Today for the second time I arrive promptly at the scheduled time (9 am) and there is no one yet to receive me. With the door closed, the patient is forced to wait for the corridor. Much lack of respect and neglect. When the patient is late, he misses the appointment or waits for hours. I’m not coming back and I don’t recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tinha uma consulta marcada as 10h da manhã no dia 17/10/2018 com a Dra Carolina na Cesário da Rua Voluntários da Pátria, 190 - sala 901. Me mandaram uma mensagem no Whatsapp em cima da hora dizendo que a dentista não iria no dia. Me remarcaram para o mesmo horário no dia 24/10/2018. Cheguei dentro do consultório as 10:05. A recepcionista me informa que a dentista já tinha ido embora, que ela cansou de esperar, aí foi embora. Simples assim. Ninguém me ligou para perguntar onde eu estava ou me informar que ela havia ido embora. O maior descaso com o cliente. Se fosse ela que estivesse atrasada, eu teria que ter compreensão e esperar quanto tempo fosse possível. Um total absurdo isso. Se não quer trabalhar, não trabalhe. Fica em casa ou se aposenta. Só não trate seus pacientes com descaso. NÃO INDICO PARA NINGUEM ESSA DENTISTA E NEM ESSE LOCAL. UM ABSURDO !
I had an appointment at 10:00 am on 10/17/2018 with Dr. Carolina at Cesário da Rua Voluntários da Pátria, 190 - room 901. They sent me a message on Whatsapp at the last minute saying that the dentist would not go on the day . They rescheduled me to the same time on 10/24/2018. I arrived inside the office at 10:05. The receptionist informs me that the dentist was already gone, that she got tired of waiting, then she left. That simple. No one called to ask where I was or to inform me that she was gone. The biggest neglect with the customer. If it was she who was late, I would have to have understanding and wait as long as possible. Totally absurd that. If you don't want to work, don't work. Stay home or retire. Just don't treat your patients neglectfully. I DO NOT INDICATE THAT DENTIST TO ANYONE OR THIS PLACE. AN ABSURD!

Já o acompanhava pelas redes sociais e sabia que era a pessoa certa pra cuidar de algo muito importante que é nossa saúde bucal, fiquei muito satisfeito com o resultado e valeu cada centavo. Essa clínica eu indico com certeza.
I really enjoyed the service and the clinic environment. I come to congratulate and thank the dentist Edson for the professional he is. I was already following him on social media and I knew he was the right person to take care of something very important, which is our oral health, I was very satisfied with the result and it was worth every penny. I recommend this clinic for sure.
