★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo. Minha experiência foi péssima, paguei um valor injusto. Levei meu gatinho com a pata fraturada, e apesar de fazerem um raio-x que atestou a fratura, sequer fizeram uma imobilização. Ele ficou internado por um dia, e quando fui buscá-lo a veterinária disse que ele estava bem e agitado. O 'agitado' era a dor que ele estava sentindo. Não deram boas orientações, não fizeram um bom atendimento, repassaram apenas a receita de medicamentos e um "orçamentinho" (pois esse foi o termo utilizado pela veterinária) para uma cirurgia. No domingo pela manhã me acordaram com uma ligação para saberem se o gatinho faria a cirurgia. Os exames que ele fez eu recebi porque precisei PEDIR pelo WhatsApp, sendo que isso deveria ser entregue a mim quando estive na clínica para buscar meu gato. Enfim, PÉSSIMOS! Atendimento horrível e caro.
I do not recommend. My experience was terrible, I paid an unfair amount. I took my kitten with a fractured paw, and although they did an x-ray that confirmed the fracture, they didn't even do an immobilization. He was hospitalized for a day, and when I went to pick him up the vet said he was fine and agitated. The 'agitated' was the pain he was feeling. They didn't give good guidance, they didn't provide a good service, they just passed on the prescription of medicines and a "budget" (because that was the term used by the veterinarian) for a surgery. On Sunday morning they woke me up with a call to find out if the kitten would have the surgery. The exams he did I received because I had to ASK by WhatsApp, and this should be given to me when I was at the clinic to pick up my cat. Anyway, TERRIBLE! Horrible and expensive service.
