Descaso com o cliente, falta de comprometimento, principalmente em um tema tão sensível que é a saúde.
Perdi meu tempo, falta de respeito.

Esperando meu medicamento há uma semana e eles nem entram em contato para explicar nada e quando entrei em contato ainda mentiram falando que o medicamento estava no trajeto para entrega. Me prometeram outra data e de novo não cumpriram e nem entraram em contato. Tirando a disponibilidade de pedir o medicamento em outro lugar que tenham mais respeito com o cliente. Decepcionada! Como pode lidar com saúde se não tem um pingo de respeito com o ser humano.
Pharmacy very irresponsible and has not a shred of commitment to the customer. Waiting for my medication for a week and they don't even contact me to explain anything and when I contacted them they still lied saying that the medication was on the way for delivery. They promised me another date and again they didn't fulfill it and they didn't even contact me. Apart from the availability of ordering the medicine in another place that has more respect for the client. Disappointed! How can you deal with health if you don't have a shred of respect for the human being.
