★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei muito da aula, do ambiente e dos professores. Estou sentindo grandes e boas mudanças no meu corpo. Era sedentária, com pouca elasticidade no corpo, gorduras sobrando e algumas dores nos joelhos. Muito feliz com os resultados que estou conseguindo.
I really enjoyed the lesson, the environment and the teachers. I'm feeling great and good changes in my body. It was sedentary, with little elasticity in the body, fat left over and some pain in the knees. Very happy with the results I'm getting.
