★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o pedido de uma pizza 35cm metade frango com catupiry metade calabresa às 19:40. Quando deu 20:40 liguei para o estabelecimento para saber o que tinha acontecido. O atendente me informou que a pizza ainda estava sendo feita, mas que em 15 minutos ela sairia para a entrega! Deu 21:30 e a pizza não tinha chego ainda! Liguei novamente e o atendente disse que hoje eles estavam com muitos pedidos, por isso estava demorando... A pizza chegou às 22h! O motoboy estava com a máquina de cartão descarregada e teve que entrar na minha casa para carregá-la! Venda Nova do Imigrante é uma cidade MUITO pequena e nós moramos a apenas 4km do estabelecimento. 2 horas e 30 minutos de demora para entregar uma pizza simples é inadmissível! O mínimo que o estabelecimento deveria ter feito é aceitar que não estão preparados para tanto e avisar os clientes da situação! A pizza estava gostosa, mas tinha MUITA farinha crua grudada embaixo! Tivemos que raspar o excesso com uma faca para conseguir comer sem afetar o sabor! Da primeira vez que pedimos a pizza foi perfeito! A pizza estava ótima e o tempo de entrega estava dentro do prazo estabelecido no aplicativo! Já na segunda vez, houve atrasos e a qualidade caiu. Nessa terceira vez foi uma decepção.
I ordered a 35cm pizza half chicken with catupiry half pepperoni at 19:40. When it was 8:40 pm I called the establishment to find out what had happened. The attendant informed me that the pizza was still being made, but that in 15 minutes it would be delivered! It was 9:30 pm and the pizza hadn't arrived yet! I called again and the attendant said that today they had a lot of orders, so it was taking too long ... The pizza arrived at 22h! The motoboy had the card machine unloaded and had to enter my house to load it! Venda Nova do Imigrante is a VERY small town and we live just 4km from the property. 2 hours and 30 minutes of delay to deliver a simple pizza is unacceptable! The least that the establishment should have done is to accept that they are not prepared for this and notify customers of the situation! The pizza was delicious, but it had LOTS of raw flour stuck to the bottom! We had to scrape off the excess with a knife in order to eat without affecting the taste! The first time we ordered the pizza it was perfect! The pizza was great and the delivery time was within the deadline set in the app! The second time, there were delays and quality dropped. This third time was a disappointment.
