Ou seja, eles não foram eficientes no seu trabalho, e eu tive que arrumar um jeito de ir até a empresa para conseguir que o controle fosse trocado. Enfim, a satisfação do cliente não é um dos valores que importam para a empresa. O relacionamento começou com os dois pés esquerdos.
