★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conheci o Mike dono da mecânica vitória por acaso, troquei duas ou três lâmpadas queimadas com ele, e em uma dessas vezes ele acabou furando sem querer meu reservatório extra de liquido refrigerador, quando percebemos, ele prontamente já encomendou uma peça nova para troca, comprou original e trocou. Pela boa índole resolvi fazer um orçamento para troca da folga do volante do i30, o preço foi o melhor que encontrei no mercado e eles são super transparentes colocando o valor da peça e quanto fica a mão de obra de forma separada. Depois disso foi só sucesso, faço todas manutenções com eles e inclusive a revisão anual. Todos os rapazes da mecânica são super respeitosos e educados, como mulher me senti muito segura no ambiente da automecânica, e eles são super solícitos ao explicar tudo que eles fazem no carro, sempre saio de lá entendendo e conhecendo um pouco mais do meu carro. Super recomendo!
I met Mike, owner of mechanic victory by chance, I replaced two or three burnt out light bulbs with him, and in one of those times he accidentally ended up piercing my extra coolant reservoir, when we noticed, he promptly ordered a new part for replacement, bought original and swapped. For the good natured I decided to make a budget to change the i30's steering wheel clearance, the price was the best I've found on the market and they are super transparent putting the value of the piece and how much labor is left separately. After that it was just success, I do all maintenance with them and even the annual review. All the mechanics guys are super respectful and polite, as a woman I felt very safe in the auto mechanics environment, and they are super helpful when explaining everything they do in the car, I always leave there understanding and knowing a little more about my car. I highly recommend it!
