★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Turistando em Jacobina, recebi um pedido do sogro para fazer pizzas como as que faço aqui em São Paulo. Atum e calabresa foi fácil encontrar no mercado mas o problema é que não encontrava os queijos adequados.
Lá encontrei o provolone e o parmesão, aproveitei já levei a muçarela também e, como no dia seguinte iríamos fazer um churrasquinho, peguei as coxinhas de asa e a linguiça toscana.
Foi uma ótima indicação e, me poupou tempo procurando pela cidade.
Os preços, para quem está acostumado com os de São Paulo, estão bem baratos, as marcas não são as mesmas com que estou acostumado mas, não prejudicou muito a qualidade. No final, todos comeram e gostaram.
Vale a pena conhecer.
Visiting Jacobina, I received a request from my father-in-law to make pizzas like the ones I make here in São Paulo. Tuna and pepperoni was easy to find in the market but the problem is that I couldn't find the right cheeses.
There I found the provolone and the parmesan, I took the opportunity to take the mozzarella too and, as the next day we were going to have a barbecue, I took the wing drumsticks and the Tuscan sausage.
It was a great indication and saved me time looking around the city.
The prices, for those who are used to São Paulo, are very cheap, the brands are not the same as I am used to, but the quality did not affect much. In the end, everyone ate and enjoyed it.
Worth knowing.
