★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estava com problema em um controle e levei pra consertar, me davam um prazo pra buscar o controle, eu chegava no dia e nunca estava pronto. As vezes eu até ligava antes, o técnico dizia que eu poderia ir, e quando eu comparecia era sempre uma desculpa diferente, cheguei a ir à loja diversas vezes.. Chegou uma hora que ele disse que não havia mais conserto, e que era pra eu ir até a loja pra ele fazer a devolução do valor que eu havia pago, compareci mais 3 vezes e como sempre, uma desculpa diferente pra não devolver o dinheiro, então cansei e desisti.
Tempo e dinheiro jogado fora, total falta de responsabilidade com o cliente. Não recomendo.
 I had a problem with a control and I took it to fix it, they gave me a deadline to get control, I arrived on the day and was never ready. Sometimes I even called before, the technician said I could go, and when I came it was always a different excuse, I even went to the store several times. I go to the store for him to return the amount I had paid, I went 3 more times and as always, a different excuse for not returning the money, so I got tired and gave up.
Time and money wasted, total lack of responsibility to the customer. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu pedi uma informação pelo Whatsapp e não responderam, péssimo atendimento se não atende bem no Whatsapp imagine pessoalmente. Mandei mensagem as 16:05 pm e até as 17:05 não me responderam.

TERRIBLE SERVICE, I SENT A MESSAGE THREE DAYS AGO AND NO RESPONSE TO ME, THEY VIEWED IT!!! AND THEY DID NOT ANSWER ME, HOW ANGRY I AM ???, I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já comprei 2 Xbox360 vários controles e jogos fiz todas as manutenções lá, tinha 1 garoto novo que atendia muito bem porem levei meu play4 lá para fazer manutenção me cobraram R$190 reais para formatar ele cheguei em casa com o mesmo problema levei de volta me deram a garantia cheguei em casa com videi apareceu outro problema que não tinha antes liguei quem me atendeu só se preocupou em dizer que eles não tinham culpa me tratou com deboche grosseria e arrogância ou seja perderam 1 cliente.
