★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o fechamento da minha varanda com a Vitoria Glass e fiquei satisfeita naquela oportunidade. Agora, faz-se necessário a manutenção e desde Março entro em contato por telefone e emails, inclusive com o dono e o tratamento recebido tem sido de total indiferença ao meu problema!
I closed my balcony with Vitoria Glass and was pleased at that opportunity. Now, maintenance is needed and since March I have been in touch by phone and email, including the owner and the treatment I received has been totally indifferent to my problem!

I had a bad experience with this company. They do not meet deadlines, do not answer the phone, and when they perform the contracted service, they do not return to repair what was done wrong. I don't recommend it to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa sem comprometimento, não entrega no prazo, péssimo pós vendas, não cumpre com o prometido e consequentemente não vai atender a garantias.
Quem comprou com eles se arrependeu, não forneceu nota fiscal, atrasou praticamente todas as entregas.
Estamos com uma encomenda com o valor de 50% pago, o prazo de entrega ja esta em quase 1 mês extrapolado e não conseguimos falar com ninguém da empresa nem por WhatsApp, nem por telefone.
Company without compromise, does not deliver on time, lousy after sales, does not deliver as promised and consequently will not meet guarantees.
Whoever bought with them repented, did not provide invoice, delayed practically all deliveries.

Durante mais de um mês venho tentando marcar uma visita para manutenção do meu equipamento. Marquei nada menos do que cinco vezes, todas sem sucesso. Apesar de ressaltar que era um problema de certa forma urgente e ter praticamente implorado para irem em meu apartamento , não só não apareceram em minha casa, como não existiu a preocupação de dar qualquer satisfação pelo ocorrido.
Ou seja, o cliente para eles não vale nada e por isso estou profundamente ARREPENDIDO de ter contratado essa empresa.
INCOMPETÊNCIA e FALTA DE COMPROMETIMENTO tem nome: VITÓRIA GLASS

Despite stressing that it was a somewhat urgent problem and having practically begged to go to my apartment, not only did they not show up at my house, but there was no concern to give any satisfaction for what happened.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelo que vejo nos comentários anteriores, o problema de falta de compromisso com o cliente, por parte da Vitória Glasse se mantém. Estamos tentando a vários dias contratar o serviço de manutenção, em um fechamento que eles fizeram, e simplesmente não dão qualquer tipo de atenção. Fico me perguntando como é que em tempo de crise no País e no mundo, as empresas fechando por falta de serviço e essa empresa não tem a Menor consideração com seu cliente. Depois ficam se queixando que fecharam as portas por falta de clientes. Funcionários altamente despreparados para tratar com o público e pelo que vejo os donos não estão nem ai para seus clientes. Acho que terei que buscar uma empresa mais competente para me atender.
