★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje infelizmente passei por uma situação de constrangimento neste estabelecimento,fui pagar uma fatura,o caixa efetuou o pagamento e no ato de recebimento do dinheiro o mesmo disse que ia estornar porque o dinheiro era velho,eu questionei e ele simplesmente disse que era a política do estacionamento,se o dinheiro fosse falso eu teria entendido,mas estornar um pagamento por achar o dinheiro velho?falta de respeito com o cliente, nojo mi define.
Today unfortunately I went through an embarrassment situation at this establishment, I went to pay an invoice, the cashier made the payment and upon receipt of the money he said he would refund because the money was old, I questioned and he simply said it was the policy from the parking lot, if the money was fake I would have understood, but reversing a payment for finding the old money? Lack of respect for the customer, disgust defines me.
