★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente minha experiência não foi agradável. Tive um problema com meu produto e estou a 1 mês tentando agendar uma visita para manutenção e ninguém me da mais retorno. Falei com a Natália, que em primeiro momento se prontificou a me ajudar, até envio uma pessoal na minha casa, mas infelizmente foi no dia que eu ja havia dito que não seria possível receber. Depois disso, ninguém mais se prontificou a me ajudar, mesmo qeu entrando em contato por vezes. Ainda aguardo o reparo no sofá que comprei.
Unfortunately my experience was not pleasant. I had a problem with my product and I've been trying to schedule a maintenance visit for 1 month and no one gives me any feedback. I spoke with Natália, who at first offered to help me, I even sent a person to my house, but unfortunately it was the day I had already said that it would not be possible to receive. After that, no one else was willing to help me, even if I got in touch from time to time. I'm still waiting for the repair on the sofa I bought.
