★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa empresa é uma farsa! Primeiramente, atrasaram demais para entregar a compra. Depois, fizeram 8 tentativas pra instalar os vidros da minha casa. Funcionários despreparados. Quando enfim conseguiram, danificaram uma porta e não me repuseram o prejuízo. Sumiram. Empresa péssima!

Decepcionado por pagar caro por um produto que ao chegar em casa reflete nossa imagem toda distorcida e que ao reclamar mandam vidros com o mesmo defeito sem sanar o problema. Decepcionado ao acordar depois de uma noite de chuva e ver que a casa está toda molhada com vazamento do produto da empresa. Decepcionado com o atendimento do pós venda da empresa que não tem compromisso com o cliente, não aparecem no dia marcado ou manda os instaladores parar o serviço para ir em outro lugar. Como a empresa não se importa com os clientes, terei que enfrentar o desgaste de solucionar o problema através dos meios legais. Pela má experiência e péssimo atendimento, não aconselho os produtos e serviços da Vitrus.
Certainly quality is not reflected in glass, as the company's motto says. Disappointed to pay dearly for a product that when arriving home reflects our image all distorted and when complaining they send glasses with the same defect without solving the problem. Disappointed to wake up after a night of rain and see that the house is all wet with the company's product leak. Disappointed with the after-sales service of the company that has no commitment to the customer, does not show up on the scheduled day or sends the installers to stop the service to go elsewhere. As the company doesn't care about the customers, I will have to face the wear and tear of solving the problem through legal means. Due to the bad experience and bad service, I do not recommend Vitrus products and services.
