★ ★ ★ ★ ★ local extremamente agradável, de ambiente descontraído, mesas na calçada larga que a noite nos distraem durante a degustação de lanches muito saborosos, servidos por uma equipe atenciosa .... ou tbm no ambiente interno, para uma resenha mais íntima... recomendo !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre foi um lugar que gostamos de frequentar, tanto para almoço quanto pra lanches(DESDE A ÉPOCA DO VICENTE BURGUER, (acho que era esse o nome) agora eles mudaram a parte da hamburgueria e imaginei que o padrão iria subir, mas qual não foi a minha surpresa quando pedimos. X-bacon com cheddar (valor adicional de R$7,00) e o bacon do lanche era puro cebo, gordura, não tinha condições de comer !!!
Meu filho não achou um pedaço de bacon decente... Eu iria devolver no primeiro pedaço, mas ele não deixou (afinal foi a primeira vez que isso aconteceu lá), ok .
Então resolvemos reclamar no final, até porque, gostamos do lugar, do atendimento dos garçons, que são muito gentis e também dos lanches e comidas, que até então sempre foi muito bom !!!
O que nos chateou, além do fato em si, foi que não houve nenhuma retratação ao ocorrido !!!!
Não deram sequer um desconto, num lanche de x-bacon de quase R$50,00 que NÃO VEIO O BACON !
Engraçado que o adicional foi bem cobrado, mas intem que faltou não teve desconto ??? NÃO.
It has always been a place that we like to go, both for lunch and for snacks (SINCE THE TIME OF VICENTE BURGUER, (I think that was the name) now they changed the hamburger part and I imagined that the standard would go up, but what was not to my surprise when we ordered X-bacon with cheddar (additional value of R$7.00) and the bacon in the snack was pure onion, fat, I couldn't eat it !!!
My son didn't find a decent piece of bacon... I was going to return it on the first piece, but he wouldn't let it (after all, it was the first time this happened there), ok .
So we decided to complain at the end, because we liked the place, the service of the waiters, who are very kind and also the snacks and food, which until then has always been very good !!!
What upset us, besides the fact itself, was that there was no retraction of what happened !!!!
They didn't even give a discount, in an x-bacon snack of almost R$50,00 that THE BACON CANNOT COME!
Funny that the additional was well charged, but there was no discount ??? NOT.
