★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gente amei o atendimento desse lugar totalmente organizado, os vendedores são super simpáticos ,me deram toda atenção Lucas ,Rodrigo e outro que esqueci o nome do olho claro ahhh fora a Patrícia que além de simpática e mega organizada , e todos eles tiram todas nossas dúvidas sigam lá no insta tbm @viitcar e o meu claro @studiody.edione .
 People loved the service of this totally organized place, the salespeople are super friendly, they gave me all the attention Lucas, Rodrigo and another one who forgot the name of the clear eye ahhh outside Patrícia, who besides being friendly and mega organized, and they all took all our doubts follow there on insta tbm @viitcar and my clear @ studiody.edione.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vendedor Felipe super atencioso, esse cara com certeza merece um aumento. Tentou de todas as formas fazer a negociação, nota 10... até quando informei que já havia fechado com outro carro ele me disse que poderia tentar me ajudar a pegar o que queria!!! Mas o atendimento gerencial péssimo. O mesmo disse que meu veículo estava com problemas no câmbio (avaliou sem scanner e sem andar com o veiculo), em nenhum momento olhou para mim ou conversou comigo ou minha família (não sei se o motivo essa não estarmos bem arrumados, peço desculpas pois do mesmo jeito que estava trabalhando fui ao estabelecimento). Caso não tenha interesse no veículo já informe antes assim não perdemos tempo avaliando ou indo até o local.
Saindo de lá fui a outra agência onde o proprietário da mesma andou uns 10 minutos com meu veículo, passamos o scanner, tomamos um café e tudo certo. Fechei negócio (infelizmente não tinha o veículo que queria mas pelo atendimento fechei com outro similar).
Super attentive Felipe seller, this guy certainly deserves a raise. He tried in every way to do the negotiation, note 10 ... even when I informed him that I had already closed with another car he told me that he could try to help me get what he wanted !!! But the managerial service is terrible. The same said that my vehicle was in trouble with the gearbox (evaluated without a scanner and without walking with the vehicle), never looked at me or talked to me or my family (I don't know if the reason is that we are not well groomed, I apologize because the same way I was working I went to the establishment). If you are not interested in the vehicle, please inform us beforehand so we do not waste time evaluating or going to the location.
Leaving there I went to another agency where the owner of it walked for about 10 minutes with my vehicle, we passed the scanner, had a coffee and everything was fine. I closed a deal (unfortunately I didn't have the vehicle I wanted but for the service I closed it with a similar one).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiencia péssima... Comprei um carro todo arrebentado, a loja disse que ia arrumar com o profissional deles, o cara fez um serviço porco, tive que refazer, eles nao me indenizaram. Antes de efetuar a compra, perguntei algumas vezes ao vendedor se os pneus eram remold, ele disse que nao, pois nao trabalhavam com pneu remold, depois que comprei o carro e descobri que os pneus eram remold, ele disse que o pneu tinha a avaliacao do inmetro... nao recomendo essa loja a ninguem. Nunca mais eu compro nada ai.
Terrible experience... I bought a car all broken down, the store said it would fix it with their professional, the guy did a dirty job, I had to redo it, they didn't compensate me. Before making the purchase, I asked the seller a few times if the tires were remold, he said no, as they did not work with remold tyres, after I bought the car and found out that the tires were remold, he said that the tire had the rating do inmetro... do not recommend this store to anyone. I never buy anything there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um prisma LTZ 2015 , em 2021 top revisado até hj não me deu problema, agradeço ao vendedor Felipe com todo o seu apoio na hora da compra sempre sendo positivo e todos profissionais da vitti car, teve alguns probleminha no carro que dei de entrada como anteriormente tinha pego de um outro dono, resumindo mas tudo foi resolvido obrigado pela paciência boas vendas....
I bought a 2015 LTZ prism, in 2021 top revised until today I had no problem, I thank the seller Felipe with all his support at the time of purchase, always being positive and all vitti car professionals, there were some little problems in the car that I entered as previously I had taken it from another owner, in short but everything was resolved thanks for the patience good sales....

Em dois dias o carro já apresentou defeito, avisei o vendedor que ia pegar estrada todos os dias para trabalhar, e o carro e estava sem freio, e outros problemas, IRRESPONSÁVEL!
Levei para eles arrumarem e um mês depois, mais problemas!!! levei no mecânico e está somente a carcaça. Em contato com a loja, o vendedor disse que tem alguns problemas que se apresentam no dia a dia, é brincadeira né? Prejuízo no valor de R$ 4.915,60 das peças podres para a troca. A solução do vendedor seria levar o carro no mecânico deles, pois tem garantia. No mesmo mecânico que não viu que o carro estava sem freio na revisão, e não fez nada na segunda vez que levei o carro a loja?
