★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar horrível de se viver. Aluguei um apartamento e em 30 dias devolvi. Porteiros mal educados, bagunça e barulho o dia todo. Os apartamentos não possuem isolamento acústico, você escuta até o vizinho de cima varrer o chão. Nem se me dessem um apartamento de graça eu queria mais. Péssima experiência para nunca mais se morar em um Vitta.
 Horrible place to live. I rented an apartment and in 30 days I returned it. Poorly educated doormen, mess and noise all day long. The apartments are not soundproofed, you can listen until the upstairs neighbor sweeps the floor. Not even if they gave me an apartment for free would I want more. Bad experience to never live in a Vitta again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bem localizado, perto de escola, padaria... É muito seguro e limpo. Porém a academia e o playground estão em péssimo estado de conservação .Falta manutenção.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar bonito. Em Ribeirão Preto, estado de São Paulo, a busca por moradias em condomínios fechados tem se intensificado. E este é um bom exemplo de lugar procurado, com boa infraestrutura. Embora de poder aquisitivo mais humilde.
O problema são os custos que esse tipo de moradia apresentam, especialmente os famigerados valores mensais para manutenção do Condomínio. Mesmo sendo apartamentos mais simples.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, os porteiros não abrem a janela para atender aos moradores que vão buscar as cartas ou encomendas e ficam perguntando o que é o produto ou a carta, sem falar que tem carta que até some ou demora pra entregar se vc não souber que ela existe, a academia! Cadê? E não tem acesso para pessoas com deficiência.
