I just think they should fire the short-haired receptionist since she doesn't like her job. But on the other hand, the doctor of the dtran eye exam is very nice!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na Segunda-feira passada (23.08) acompanhei minha esposa para atendimento em vossa clínica em questões referentes ao DETRAN, estrutura pública que historicamente nunca gozou de bons conceitos. Resido em Campina Grande a cerca de 3 anos e já fui atendido em diversas clinicas tanto da Paraíba, quanto de outros estados.
Como temos hábito de criticar e pouco parabenizar, gostaria de registrar aqui o EXCELENTE ATENDIMENTO, recebido por minha esposa, por parte de toda equipe. Entretanto, ESPECIAL DESTAQUE deve ser atribuído à funcionária de recepção, pela ATENÇÃO, CORDIALIDADE, AGILIDADE e RESPEITO, tanto para minha esposa, quanto para outros pacientes que pude presenciar.

Last Monday (08/23) I accompanied my wife to attend your clinic on issues related to DETRAN, a public structure that historically has never enjoyed good concepts. I have lived in Campina Grande for about 3 years and I have been seen in several clinics both in Paraíba and other states.
As we are in the habit of criticizing and little congratulating, I would like to register here the EXCELLENT SERVICE, received by my wife, by the entire team. However, SPECIAL HIGHLIGHT must be attributed to the receptionist, for her ATTENTION, CORDIALITY, AGILITY and RESPECT, both for my wife and for other patients I was able to witness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente não sei como fui inapto no exame de vista do Detran, pois 3 dias antes fiz exame em uma das melhores clinicas oftalmológicas da cidade de cg , para um emprego , e dois dias depois não consegui ser apto. Achei bastante estranho!
I honestly don't know how I was inept in the Detran eye exam, as 3 days before I took an exam in one of the best eye clinics in the city of cg, for a job, and two days later I couldn't be fit. I found it quite strange!
