A única coisa que me incomodou foram a quantidade de reuniões que tive que fazer.
Mas fora isso, se importaram bastante com as necessidades que eu tinha, acabei não fechando por muito pouco, recomendo!

Eles prometem mundos e fundos e depois eles não dão assistência nenhuma!
No ato da venda te vendem um sonho e te falam q tem 5 anos de garantia e na entrega, te entregam um pesadelo! E olha q paguei pelo tal do Vitta+, um acabamento de porcelanato, pias de granito e azulejos até teto, aí vem Porcelanato ocos! Rodapé solto, janela torta, paredes tortas e depois de menos d três meses de moradia os rejuntes estão esfarelando! E adivinha o q eles te falam na hora q vc abre o chamado de reparo?! Não está mais na garantia! Não caiam nessa! Juros abusivos durante a obra e cobranças q não te dizem no ato da venda, péssimo atendimento pós venda! Evite essa dor de cabeça!

In the act of sale, they sell you a dream and tell you that it has a 5-year warranty and on delivery, they deliver you a nightmare! And look, I paid for the Vitta+, a porcelain tile finish, granite sinks and ceiling tiles, here comes Hollow Porcelain! Loose baseboard, crooked window, crooked walls and after less than three months of housing the grouts are crumbling! And guess what they tell you when you open the repair call?! No longer under warranty! Don't fall for it! Abusive interest during the work and charges that they don't tell you at the time of sale, terrible after-sales service! Avoid this headache!
