Pasta is floating in water
Tomato sauce is straight out of the can
Parmegiano cheese is actually industrial tasteless cheese
Try another restaurant in Paraty , there are many better ones !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice restaurant with very tasty dishes, especially the carpaccio of filet mignon. Wine by glass was a house wine, which went down really smoothly. It's a bit packed, so make sure you're not too late so you can choose a table or make a reservation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give this a 4.5 stars! The food was delicious and decent sizing as well. Quite authentic Italian and features a lot of seafood options which in Paraty is a must! It is also very reasonably priced so value is great. Would definitely come back :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience at Vittorio. The mushrooms are canned, so are the tomatoes. Pasta are flotting in water. The cheese is not parmeggianno, not even swiss cheese. Table clothes were dirty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst food experience in Paraty so far. The cheese provided with the meals isn't Parmigiano, but industrial tasteless cheese. The tomato sauce is canned sauce, same goes for the mushrooms, the basil listed on the menu is almost non-existant on the pasta. To make things worse, the tableclothes were dirty and the staff was average. Would definitely not recommend to anyone willing to eat Italian food in Paraty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good food, we had lasagne, pasta carbonara and a salad, all was very properly prepared and delicious. The staff was attentive and professional, the owner Vittorio went the extra mile to help my father in law who has special dietary requirements. Very good experience!
