★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha internet estava caindo e muito lenta liguei pra poder mandar um técnico na minha casa pra verificar. Mandaram um tal de Jeferson, ele disse que o nome dele era esse. Cheio de piadinha, desrespeito. Espulsei ele da minha casa. Cara de pau, respeito nenhum tem pelos clientes. E olhe que geralmente pago 2 ou 3 boletos de uma vez, sempre ta em dia. Ate a de janeiro do ano que vem ja ta paga. Parece que ele e um dos socios da viunet. Se alguem for colocar internet em casa não aconselho colocar dessa empresa. Perdeu uma otima cliente!
My internet was falling and very slow I called to send a technician at my house to check. They sent a guy from Jeferson, he said his name was that. Full of joke, disrespect. I thrashed him from my house. Stick man, no respect for customers. And look, I usually pay for 2 or 3 tickets at a time, it's always up to date. Until January of next year already paid.
