★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local com os funcionários ( exceto o porteiro) mais despreparados, arrogantes e irresponsáveis que eu já vi na minha vida, não sabem repassar as informações, recepcionista com aquele ar de superioridade ( eu não sei pq, humildade ainda se usa), muito mal educada! Enfim...Melhorem, vocês não servem para o cargo que ocupam!
Location with the most unprepared, arrogant and irresponsible employees (except the doorman) that I have ever seen in my life, they don't know how to pass on the information, receptionist with that air of superiority (I don't know why, humility is still used), very rude ! Anyway ... Get better, you are not fit for the position you occupy!

No dia 02/07 estava agendado para que eu tirasse a 2a via do RG, cheguei cedo, no horário marcado e tbm tinham várias pessoas esperando do lado de fora do estabelecimento, pois o mesmo estava fechado, o vigia não foi informado de nada e nem ao menos sabia informar se os funcionários iriam trabalhar naquele dia. Detalhe, além de não passarem informação para o vigia, tbm não foi colocado nenhum aviso na porta, remarcando os agendamentos realizados. E tudo isso pq nesse dia foi jogo do Brasil na copa.
Falta de respeito com a população!!! Absurdo
Irresponsible professionals, as in many public agencies in Brazil. On 07/02 it was scheduled for me to take the 2nd copy of the RG, I arrived early, at the appointed time and there were also several people waiting outside the establishment, as it was closed, the guard was not informed of anything and he didn't even know how to tell if the employees were going to work that day. Detail, in addition to not passing information to the watchman, also no notice was posted on the door, marking the schedules made. And all that because that day was Brazil's game in the cup.
