★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bons aparelhos, alguns instrutores são atenciosos, climatização já foi melhor, mas ainda é boa. A promoção de Black Friday é enganosa, conforme pode ser comprovado pelas fotos em anexo. Aumentaram o valor para enganosamente afirmar que estão dando desconto de 50%.
 Good devices, some instructors are attentive, air conditioning was better, but it is still good. The Black Friday promotion is misleading, as can be seen from the attached photos. They have increased the value to deceptively claim that they are giving a 50% discount.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A academia está precisando de uma melhora urgente nos aparelhos de Cardio. Estão sucateados, a maioria das esteiras não aguentam corrida por muito tempo,o elíptico não funciona as cargas, os televisores não funcionam a maioria. Muita infiltração nas paredes, o ar nem sempre gela.
The academy is in dire need of improvement on Cardio devices. They are scraped, most treadmills can not stand running for long, the elliptical does not work loads, the televisions do not work the most. Too much infiltration on the walls, the air does not always freeze.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Fui um dia antes (unidade Marambaia) e uma atendente deixou marcada uma avaliação pra mim no dia 7 de julho de manhã. Ao chegar lá, no dia marcado, fui atendido por outra atendente, sem nenhum preparo pra atendimento ao público, que parecia estar estressada. Essa atendente ainda insinuou que eu estava mentindo dizendo que o procedimento não era esse, mesmo eu tendo o comprovante, que eu nem quis mostrar, dada a grosseria da mesma.
Terrible attendance. I went the day before (Marambaia unit) and an attendant left an assessment for me on the 7th of July in the morning. Upon arriving there, on the appointed day, I was attended by another attendant, without any preparation for serving the public, who seemed to be stressed. This attendant even insinuated that I was lying, saying that this was not the procedure, even though I had the receipt, which I didn't even want to show, given its rudeness.
