 A place with sectors of different public agencies, SEFAZ, JUCEMA AND VIVA. Well located, in the heart of the city. The service is good, the people are friendly, only owing in infrastructure, the building needs a good renovation.

Some attendants look grumpy and insensitive. I also received harassment from one of them, who even gave me his personal number written on a paper.

Terrible never solves anything or a complaint that an agent wants to make doesn't answer.. it's better to close because they're paying people with our money to simply do nothing

Well, it is great for scheduling and finding solutions, having a very good waiting accommodation with excellent quality employees and attendants always treating their customer with respect. I would say that I really liked the place in question.

1- O sistema de marcação online pelo site do governo não tem nem uma validade, vc terá que pegar outra senha no local independente da sua hora marcada.
2- O local funciona no tempo da pedra lascada, não tem internet, o sistema não funciona, fungo em todas as paredes, a senha digital não existe e eles te dão uma senha escrita a mão em um papel rasgado.
3- A recepcionista não sabe nem o que tá fazendo no local, se o sistema estiver fora do ar ou sem internet ela vai te mandar esperar e mais nada. Tem que aposentar essa senhora.
5- Não adianta reclamar do serviço pq o PROCON funciona lá e nada vai ser feito
6- Valor absurdo pra emissão do documento
7- Repartição pública funciona com algazarra e clima de escola de ensino fundamental.
TERRIBLE!!
1- The online booking system on the government website does not even have an expiration date, you will have to get another password at the place regardless of your appointment.
2- The place works in the time of the chipped stone, there is no internet, the system doesn't work, fungus on all the walls, the digital password doesn't exist and they give you a password written by hand on a torn paper.
3- The receptionist doesn't even know what she's doing at the place, if the system is down or without internet she will tell you to wait and nothing else. You have to retire this lady.
5- It's no use complaining about the service because PROCON works there and nothing will be done
6- Absurd value for issuing the document
7- Public office works with the noise and atmosphere of an elementary school.
