★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fujam! Tive uma péssima experiência com eles. Não cumprem prazos, não tem controle de gastos e orçamentos, o canteiro é uma sujeira e não tem equipe suficiente. Quando conseguem alguma obra de valor melhor te abandonam. Nunca assumem as falhas e sempre é culpa de terceiros. Minha obra foi programada para durar 6 meses e com quase dois anos continuo com problemas. Infelizmente uma decepção total. Antes de contratá-los sugiro procurar os antigos clientes, para conhecer o problemas e se puder, procurem outra construtora.
Run! I had a bad experience with them. They don't meet deadlines, they don't have control over expenses and budgets, the construction site is messy and they don't have enough staff. When they get some work of better value they abandon you. They never assume failures and it is always the fault of others. My work was scheduled to last 6 months and with almost two years I still have problems. Unfortunately a total disappointment. Before hiring them I suggest looking for old customers, to know the problems and if you can, look for another construction company.
