PessimA! Fui bem atendida. A funcionaria registrou o plano no meu nome e disse q a conexao seria otima! passou 2 meses, ficou pessima! Voltei p cancelar e disseram q nao era possivel pq a loja nao cancelava planos. Entao a moca disse q se eu abrisse um outro plano o outro seria cancelado, abri e nao conectava, falava q eu precisava colocar credito, nsendo que meu plano era controle. E novamente abriram outro chip dizendo q essa seria unica solução, e que como eu havia recorrido em menos de 24 ia ser cancelado automaticamente. ok. Passaram 2 anos. Estou tentando hoje limpar meu nome c 4 contrato no meu nome. De um produto q nao usei. pois tentei ligar e cancelar varias vezes. Horrivel! Deveria fechar essa unidade.
PessimA! I was well taken care of. The official registered the plan on my behalf and said that the connection would be great! It's been 2 months, it's terrible! I returned to cancel and they said that it was not possible because the store did not cancel plans. So the mocha said if I open another plan the other would be canceled, opened and did not connect, said that I needed to put credit, since my plan was control. And again they opened another chip saying that this would be the only solution, and that as I had traveled in less than 24 would be canceled automatically. OK. Two years have passed. I'm trying today to clear my name and contract on my behalf. Of a product that I did not use. because I tried to call and cancel several times. Horrible! You should close this unit.

Levei meu celular moto G5S PLUS para arrumar , ele ligava e tals. Na hora do orçamento me cobraram 200 reais, porém quando fui efetuar o pagamento me cobraram 220, achei q era alguma peça a mais que faltava no meu celular, aí concordei e entreguei o celular, eles arrumaram a primeira vez, porém veio com defeito com tooutch falhando, levei novamente a loja e eles ficaram me enrolando até chegar o dia que me falam que a placa deu curto. Ficou de arrumar e disseram até que levariam para assistência da Motorola e que iria demorar, passou mais de 30 dias , ou seja a assistência da Motorola segue as leis e eles cumprem com prazo, pois se passaram quase 2 meses e nada do meu celular. Depois me informaram que o celular estava com o técnico e que ele estavam fazendo os últimos reparos, e nunca nada. Tentaram devolver meu dinheiro de volta, não aceitei, pois eu iria sair no prejuízo, com um celular danificado que não vale nada, mais 220 reais. Tentamos entrar em um acordo e me ofereceram um aparelho INFERIOR ao meu, aceitei para que ninguém saísse no prejuízo pois mesmo sendo INFERIOR é um aparelho bom, chegando em casa o celular também estava com defeito , fora o aparelho que me emprestaram da loja deles , que estava todo bichado. Pedi meu dinheiro se volta, pois já estava cansado de ir nessa loja, me deram 200 reais , sendo que paguei 220, porém como não me deram comprovante e nada do tipo fiquei sem ter como provar, fora o estresse que passei, perca de tempo, fui a loja várias vezes, muitas ligações e até me deixaram de responder no Whatsapp.

They tried to return my money back, I didn’t accept it, because I was going to lose money, with a damaged cell phone that’s worth nothing, plus 220 reais. We tried to enter into an agreement and they offered me a device LOWER than mine, I accepted so that no one would lose out because even though it is LOWER it is a good device, coming home the cell phone was also defective, apart from the device that I borrowed from their store, that was all bugged. I asked for my money back, because I was tired of going to that store, they gave me 200 reais, and I paid 220, but since they didn't give me proof and nothing like that I was unable to prove it, apart from the stress I went through, waste of time , I went to the store several times, many calls and even stopped responding on Whatsapp.

Tive uma pécima experiência hoje dia 05/10 na loja da Tim por volta de 12:35...fui com meu esposo tirar segunda via da conta e ele perguntou se o plano dele já havia vencido,a atendente não entendeu a pergunta e respondeu muito mal e com tom de arrogância , foi muito mal educada...sem contar que estava sem máscara .Não perguntei o nome dela mas era uma morena de cabelos cacheados , a outra atendente uma branquinha de óculos foi bem gentil e ajudou no atendimento ...peço aos responsáveis da loja que orientem essa moça a trabalhar com mais dedicação e ter mais respeito com os clientes.
I had a really bad experience today on 10/05 at Tim's store around 12:35...I went with my husband to take a duplicate of the account and he asked if his plan had already expired, the attendant did not understand the question and answered very bad and with a tone of arrogance, she was very rude...not to mention that she was without a mask. ..I ask those responsible for the store to guide this girl to work with more dedication and have more respect for customers.
