★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui acompanhar uma amiga para retirada de produtos comprado pela internet, entramos na loja e tinha 3 mulheres ( funcionárias) de pé, qd estávamos já na metade da loja, as 3 virou de costas ignorando nós, 2 se sentaram e começou a mexer nos celulares a outra ficou olhando, até q minha amiga falou que estava ali pra retirar uma compra pela internet. Estavamos vestidas simples, eu negra e gorda a minha amiga branca e com cara de pobre né.... Talvez por isso não foram educadas e não vieram atender, pois achou que nós jamais teríamos condições de comprar nessa loja * Vivara*. Mal sabia que a minha amiga tem uma condição financeira muito boa, e que se fosse bem atendida, pode acreditar nunca mais ia comprar por internet e passaria ser um cliente desse lugar. Shopping Iguatemi rio preto SP 30/10/2021. Aparência engana tá. Todo cliente tem que ser tratado igual.... É só se colocar no lugar do outro e entender que não existe ninguém melhor do que ninguém. Talvez essas funcionárias não receba comissão por isso não fizeram questão de nós atender bem, mas recebem salário pra ser ótimas funcionarias.
I went with a friend to pick up products purchased over the internet, we entered the store and there were 3 women (employees) standing, when we were already halfway through the store, the 3 turned their backs ignoring us, 2 sat down and started fiddling with their cell phones the other kept looking, until my friend said she was there to pick up a purchase on the internet. We were dressed in simple clothes, I was black and fat, my friend was white and looked like a poor person, right.... Maybe that's why they weren't polite and didn't come, because they thought we'd never be able to buy in this store *Vivara*. Little did I know that my friend has a very good financial condition, and that if she was well attended, believe me, I would never buy online again and would become a customer of this place. Shopping Iguatemi rio preto SP 10/30/2021. Deceptive appearance, okay. Every customer has to be treated the same.... It's just a matter of putting yourself in the other's shoes and understanding that there is no one better than anyone else. Maybe these employees don't receive commission so they didn't make a point of serving us well, but they receive a salary to be great employees.
