Fui hoje comprar uma carga para minha Montblanc.
Quando entrei na loja havia duas vendedoras, uma sentada em uma mesa com clientes e a outra no caixa com clientes.
As duas fizeram de conta que nem me viram. Me aproximei do caixa e depois de comprimenta-la perguntei se tinha a carga. Ela me olhou de cima para baixo e disse que sim. Fiquei esperando um tempo e ela perguntou: mas vc esta com a caneta aí? Achei estranho, mas tirei a caneta da bolsa, e disse que sim. Ela disse: pode sentar aí.
Fiquei em pé esperando bastante tempo... Ela conversava com a cliente como amigas que não se viam há longa data...
Em outra mesa havia outra pessoa esperando, a quem perguntei se também esperava pela atendente e ela disse que sim. Peguei minha bolsa e disse obrigada, volto depois.
Pelo péssimo atendimento não volto mais...
Ah,minha caneta foi herança de meu querido pai. Montblanc, das "antigas", de um grande executivo!

I went today to buy a load for my Montblanc.
When I entered the store there were two saleswomen, one sitting at a table with customers and the other at the cashier with customers.
They both pretended they didn't even see me. I approached the cashier and after greeting her asked if I had the load. She looked me up and down and said yes. I was waiting for a while and she asked: but you have the pen there? I thought it was weird, but I took the pen out of my bag and said yes. She said you can sit there.
I stood waiting a long time ... She talked to the client like friends who haven't seen each other for a long time ...
At another table was another person waiting, who I asked if he was also waiting for the attendant and she said yes. I grabbed my bag and said thank you, I'll be back later.
For the bad service I won't be back anymore ...
Ah, my pen was inherited from my dear father. Montblanc, of the "old", of a great executive!

Fui muito bem atendida, porém não tinha o brinco igual para a troca, a moça viu que tinha estoque na loja do Eldorado e me orientou a ir lá. Fiquei muito satisfeita com o atendimento da Vivara Vila Olímpia, pena que a do Eldorado me fez perder essa visão da marca.
