★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eles vão prometer Internet, vão te enrolar até o último minuto, para no fim afirmar que nao tem disponibilidade. Fiquei 3 semanas aguardando instalação confiando em diversas promessas, para no fim informarem que não irão instalar.
They'll promise you Internet, they'll drag you up until the last minute, only to end up saying they're not available. I was 3 weeks waiting for installation trusting in several promises, to in the end inform that they will not install.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento! Me prometeram instalação da internet para só depois de 15 dias alegar que não tem disponibilidade. Trabalho em home office, foi um transtorno enorme. Péssimo serviço, beira a desonestidade. Zero transparência, cada um fala uma coisa. Pura enganação.
Terrible attendance! I was promised to install the internet only after 15 days to claim that there is no availability. I work at home office, it was a huge inconvenience. Terrible service, bordering on dishonesty. Zero transparency, everyone says one thing. Pure deception.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, não atendem telefone nem respondem pelo watzap, na internet o sinal vai toda hora ou fica muito baixo, isso pq pagamos o maior pacote de internet.
Terrible, they don't answer the phone or respond by watzap, on the internet the signal goes all the time or is very low, that's because we pay the biggest internet package.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço de quinta categoria, dá problema toda semana e resolver é uma das coisas mais difíceis que existe. Parece que a empresa faz piada com a cara do consumidor, é uma dor de cabeça atrás da outra!
Fifth-rate service, there is a problem every week and solving it is one of the hardest things there is. It seems that the company makes fun of the consumer's face, it's one headache after another!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento ruim, estou sem internet já faz 4 dias já liguei falaram que ia manda um técnico em 48hr , eu estudo e dependendo da internet para isso se eu pudesse eu trocava para GWG que não tem esse tipo de problema é uma excelente internet, porém aqui onde eu moro só tem vivas
