★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontem fiz um pedido próximo as 13h,a atendente garantiu que as 14h meu pedido sairia. Expliquei que a enfermeira estaria chegando para fazer os cuidados e precisaria do material. Enfim, liguei 4 vezesem e todas recebia a resposta que o motoqueiro estaria chegando e que ele ligaria caso tivesse alguma dificuldade. Bem, até agora 9h do dia posterior, nenhuma ligação nenhum contato. Espero retratação em todos os aspectos dessa empresa.
Yesterday I placed an order near 13h, the attendant guaranteed that at 14h my order would leave. I explained that the nurse would be coming in to take care and would need the material. Anyway, I called 4 times and all received the answer that the biker would be coming and that he would call if he had any difficulty. Well, so far 9am the next day, no call no contact. I expect retraction in all aspects of this company.
