★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sensacional a refeição nesse local, leve e no tempero certo !!! Probleminha nesse dia que fui foi o suco de limão do combo que estava muito agrado...mas um deslize em outros tantos atendimentos ótimos não ofusca esse excelente local!
 Sensational the meal in this place, light and in the right season !!! A little problem that day I went was the lemon juice of the combo that was very nice ... but a slip in many other great services does not overshadow this excellent place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente as unidades vem caindo a qualidade a cada dia. A mudança para um novo cardápio no início, contribuiu para tentar frequentar novamente a rede, mas as mudanças de nada ajudaram! infelizmente o atendimento e qualidade só pioram a cada dia. A unidade do shopping Alphaville vive as moscas, geralmente os empanados chegam queimados e o risoto só t arroz. Para encontrar um camarão tem que ter muita sorte. Infelizmente uma rede que eu adora, e hoje evito para não passar raiva.
Unfortunately the units have been dropping quality every day. The move to a new menu at the beginning contributed to trying to go back to the network, but the changes did not help! Unfortunately the service and quality only get worse every day. The Alphaville mall unit lives the flies, usually the breaded ones arrive burnt and the risotto only rice. To find a shrimp you have to be very lucky. Unfortunately a network that I love, and today I avoid to not get angry.

Eles precisam trocar o tipo do arroz dos risotos pelo arroz arbóreo.
O arroz parborizado é muito ruim para risoto.
A quantidade de camarões vem diminuindo ao longo do tempo.
Hoje não é possível comer sem comprar o extra.
O porção extra era o normal de antigamente.
I've had lunch there several times.
They need to change the type of rice from risottos to arboreal rice.
Parboiled rice is too bad for risotto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cada vez pior... A qualidade dos pratos vem decaindo ao longo dos anos, enquanto ficam cada vez mais caros.
Meu preferido é o camarão quatro queijos, custou por volta de 40 reais com refrigerante e, se contei 10 camarões, foi muito. Parece que foi descongelado no microondas
Worse ... The quality of the dishes has been declining over the years, as they become more and more expensive.
My favorite is the shrimp four cheeses, it cost around 40 reais with soda and, if I counted 10 shrimps, it was plenty. It looks like it was thawed in the microwave

Fiz o pedido pelo iFood na noite de 28/02/2021 às 22h07 foi confirmado e o pedido FOI preparado, na fase da entrega, o entregador informou via chat que quando chegou ao local o restaurante estava fechado!! Não deixaram ele retirar o pedido, sendo assim foi cancelado e eu fiquei com fome. Fui prejudicado. Não recomendo a ninguém, e já notifiquei a central do Vivenda sobre o péssimo atendimento dessa unidade em questão.
DO NOT DELIVER iFood order! I placed the order by iFood on the night of 28/02/2021 at 22h07 was confirmed and the order WAS prepared, at the delivery stage, the delivery man informed via chat that when he arrived at the place the restaurant was closed !! They didn't let him withdraw the order, so it was canceled and I was hungry. I was harmed. I do not recommend it to anyone, and I have already notified the Vivenda central about the poor service of this unit in question.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dia 27 de janeiro fiz pedido via ifood na qual a escolha strogonoff de camarao com camarao extra, veio strogonoff com gosto forte de estragado, e porção extra de arroz, tentei contato com restaurante via fone porém sem êxito, tentei contato via ifood mas a ferramenta não ajuda, escrevi na página do vivendas e o mkt me retornou prometendo um monte de coisa, enfim! Não cumpriram nada, sumiram e no dia fiquei sem janta e ainda paguei caro!! Fujam deste estabecimento.
On January 27th I ordered via ifood in which the choice of shrimp stroganoff with extra shrimp, stroganoff came with a strong spoiled taste, and an extra portion of rice, I tried to contact the restaurant via phone but without success, I tried to contact via ifood but the tool it doesn't help, I wrote on the home page and the mkt returned me promising a lot of things, anyway! They didn't do anything, they disappeared and on the day I had no dinner and still paid dearly !! Run away from this establishment.
