★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acho que esse empreendimento em Camaragibe não vai sair do papel, pois a mais de 3 anos comprei um apartamento neste condomínio, que antes era chamado de Parque Bella Vista, esse tempo todo o terreno só se acumulou entulhos e mato, paguei mais de 20 mil reais e coloquei a construtora Lira empreendimentos na justiça, que é a principal responsável, pelo condomínio.
Esse nome "Viver bem" é só fachada para chamar novos clientes e esperar mais 3 anos para construir.
Eu e outras pessoas que colocaram eles na postiça fizemos um grupo de whatsapp, para nos mantermos informados sobre o assunto.
