Se sabiam que não iriam funcionar no sábado acho que o mínimo que poderiam ter feito era mandar alguém olhar na sexta ou dar uma resposta sobre o ocorrido, o que não foi feito então sim foi um descaso, pode ter sido o primeiro pode ter sido o único mas foi, se tivesse avisado a proprietária na sexta ela poderia ter resolvido no mesmo dia não deixar pra segunda feira.
Eletricidade é um serviço essencial e sim foi resolvido pelo vizinho que chamou um outro eletricista por não obter respostas.
Entendo que não trabalham no sábado perfeitamente compreensivo, porém antes de sair do meu serviço sabendo que estou de folga no outro dia costumo não deixar pendências principalmente se for final de semana pois sei como é difícil achar profissional qualificado nos finais de semana vcs tiveram a sexta feira toda no horário comercial e não tiveram nem a decência de avisar que não havia tido contato com o eletricista só nos foi avisado na segunda após várias reclamações.

If they knew it wouldn't work on Saturday, I think the least they could have done was send someone to look at it on Friday or give an answer about what happened, which was not done so yes, it was neglect, it could have been the first, it could have been the only but it was, if I had told the owner on Friday, she could have decided on the same day not to leave it for Monday.
Electricity is an essential service and it was solved by the neighbor who called another electrician for not getting answers.
I understand that they don't work on Saturdays, perfectly sympathetic, but before I leave my job knowing that I'm off the next day, I usually don't leave any pending items, especially on the weekend because I know how difficult it is to find a qualified professional on weekends, you had a Friday the entire fair during business hours and they didn't even have the decency to advise that they had not had contact with the electrician. We were only informed on Monday after several complaints.
