★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de clareza na política de pagamento. Uma hora aceita vale cultura e outra hora não. Sempre um atendente tem que ligar pra alguém pra saber. Dos 5 livros que eu queria, saí de lá sem os únicos dois que tinham na loja.
Lack of clarity in payment policy. At one time it accepts culture vouchers and at another time it is not. Always an attendant has to call someone to find out. Of the 5 books I wanted, I left without the only two they had in the store.
